I just come across this Taiwan Dry Tech Corp.'s website, www.drytech.com.tw. At the ESSENTIALS Web Page it explain
1. Why Terminate Humidity?

3. How does the Auto Drybox work?
4. How does one assess their need for Drybox?

The " How does the Auto Drybox work?" answer my question on how do they make the air dry. I always think that to make the air dry it need heater but then how can they control the temperature; now I know the answer.

This is picture of 175-H2 with accessories, 581 the limit signal out put. It's to show the size of the logger. The 581 act as switch which can be connect to our side alarm, light, or even PLC.

By the year 2001 I happen to came across this TESTO's 175-H2. It can hold 16,000 reading. We can download data direct to computer using its software via opto connection. The data also can be export to MS-Excel. That all I need to do the reporting.....

Back in 1995 when I was a Quality Engineer in Hana Microelectronics we have to use thermo-hyrograph, which sensors are Bimetal for temperature and De-Fatted Hairs for Humidity. This is the cheapest way , at that ime, to record the temperature and humidity since online recorder will cost around 200k baht per 4 point of measurement.

The problem with this thermo-hygrograph are its difficult to maintenace and when it is the time we want to do report we will have to use around 2 days to summarize the data. We also have to re-generate the De-Fatted Hairs every other year.

I just got this Moticam 1000 form our partner. This motic, www.motic.com, is the first industrial that I have hand on that have Mac driver/software support. This digital camera is intend to be use with strereo microscope. this is an improve version it use 1/2" CMOS with resoultion fo 1.3Mpixels, 1280x1024pixels.



But after trying it today it still not work......
